Shipping and Delivery Policies

Matelas Selection Inc offers it’s customer 3 delivery options.




If you wish, you can pick up your order directly at our factory; simply make sure to check the appropriate box when placing your order. Selecting this option will allow you to save on delivery fees. Rest assured that your products will be carefully packaged.





Matelas Selection Inc offers home delivery to most regions of Quebec, delivery fees apply.

For delivery outside of Quebec, Matelas Selection Inc depends on a network of private carriers. Prices are subject to variation depending on theregion, you must contact us in order to receive a quote.


The following services are included in the home delivery option:

  • A delivery date
  • A delivery confirmation
  • Once your initial delivery date has been provided by our automated system you can contact us to reschedule to a more convenient date. We will be happy to accommodate you as much as possible.
  • Your existing items can be brought to the curb for disposal or relocated within your household ( Some exceptions apply for hygienic reasons)
  • Installation of your items in the room of your choice
  • Recovery of product packaging
  • Installation of an electric bed if applicable
  • Installation of bed legs if applicable.


Optional Services are available for a small supplement:

  • Disposal of old products ($10 per mattress or box spring)
  • Installation of a meta bed base ($20)
  • Assembling of flat packed furniture ($75)


Fee Structure:

  • No deliveries on Sunday
  • Additional charges apply for the delivery of adjustable beds.
  • Additional charges are applicable for the delivery to remote municipalities. If this is the case you will be notified when placing your order.


The fees listed above are not itemized and are applicable to the entirety of your order.





If you wish to place and order and send it as a gift, make sure to use the correct order form. For multiple gift orders you are required to complete 1 order per recipient.

Our gift delivery service provides you with the opportunity to place orders for your friends and family from the comfort of your own home. You will receive a call to confirm that your order has been delivered to the consignee.


We provide the following services:

  • Removal of price tags before delivery
  • Peace of mind that the products will be delivered to the recipient’s home, avoiding the unnecessary visit to one of our points of sale.
  • Select the gift delivery option directly in your shopping cart or via phone order. If you opt to place your order by phone please call (514) 524-2644 and make sure to mention that you want to send as a gift. Shipping charges apply; you will be notified when ordering. The recipient will be required to provide a valid photo ID.


Handling Fees

A $5 handling fee is applicable only to items sent via mail, such as gift certificates unless you have opted to pick up your gift certificates in person at one of our points of sale.

No Handling fees will be charged on delivery items. Delivery charges may apply.
