Return and Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return within 30 days accompanied by the original receipt in order to receive a refund or proceed with an exchange. Transportation costs for returned merchandise will billed to the customer.


Please find the list of exclusions and exceptions below:

  • No refund without a receipt.
  • All returned items must be in perfect condition, have not been used and must include all accessories, packaging, instruction manuals, etc.
  • Any damage to the merchandise that may have occurred during the delivery must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Custom ordered items are non-refundable.
  • Items that are not custom made may be reimbursed if they are returned within a period of 30 days. A 20% restocking fee may be applied and will be subtracted from the total amount of the refund or exchange.
  • Orders cancelled within the first 48 hours will not be charged a cancellation fee. If an order is cancelled after the first 48 hours a 20% cancellation fee will apply.


Mattress and Box Spring Warranty

We recommend a minimum “adjustment period” of 7 days. This ensures that your body has the time to adjust to the characteristics of your new purchase. If for any reason after this period you are not satisfied please contact us. We will gladly prepare 1 exchange for you. You will be required to return the original product and be held accountable for the transportation fees associated to your new item.

For hygienic reason your mattress must have been protected by a protective cover purchased at Matelas Selection Inc to be able to benefit from our return policy.


Gift Certificate Warranty

Gift certificates are non-refundable. They are redeemable against all items in store or in our catalog (subject to product availability).


Pillow Warranty

For obvious hygienic reasons, pillows are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
